Mature arts Student looking for a room.

Hey there! I'm a mature art student looking for a place to stay for my third year at Staffordshire university from September of 2025 to June 2026.

I spend a lot of my time either at the university or working on digital creative projects in my room. I mostly keep to myself but I'm still a friendly face who won't mind if you strike a conversation with me.

I don’t smoke or go out drinking and stay pretty clean, so I'm looking for a pretty clean place. I’m fairly quiet, anything I listen to or watch, I would always wear headphones. I do, however, like to pace in my room, to get my ideas flowing. If there’s any problem with my noise level, please let me know, and I’ll adjust it accordingly.

I'm currently receiving a maintenance loan which will give me enough to pay for rent over the school term.
