A little about me:
* I’m a recent graduate from UCL MechEng.
* My budget is 1300 max. with bills, but obviously very happy to go cheaper.
* Ready to move in ASAP, but very flexible - basically Nov/Dec I’m still happy with.
* Happy to do an all girls or mixed household.

I like to keep my space clean, as it gives me peace of mind. In my spare time I like go to the gym/pilates. I love fashion (although I’m not particularly exceptional at it😅), and my housemates are always welcome to my closet. Love a spontaneous (or not) pub trip, an occasional boogie, and, equally, a chill night in and yap🍻✨. Always down to try new places, do random side quests. Will absolutely be respectful of everyone’s downtime, and will definitely need my own as well. LGBTQ+ friendly of course.

Non-negotiables:
* A 2-4 person house, in zones 1-2 and decently connected.
* A clean environment (I love a rota) and housemates that want to also be friends.
* A decently sized room that can fit my desk🫣.

Referencing info:
I have a guarantor, who is my family friend and has been a guarantor for me for my past 3 rentals. We never had an issue passing referencing.💕
