Nice person looking for nice room!!

My name is Marie and I am looking for a cosy, friendly place with nice housemates. A room not a buddy up.
. I’m 32 (que the mid life), and I am starting a new marketing job in London near Euston.
I wfh a few days a week and would always do this from my room. I don’t have lots of crazy meetings or anything.
So a 6month to a year let is perfect whilst I figure out what on earth I’m doing haha.
Hobby wise, most of my friends are from or live in London/Bury/Cambridge so I can visit them lots.
Would love it if the flat was more modern as mine is so so cold in winter. And if possible near a train station haha. Oh and bills included! I know I know unlikely to get it all.

I’ll be making use of the parks and plan to join the gym. I sit down all day for work and it drives me bonkers. I love to swim, chat, read and go out and experience new things. Dying to go to a comedy show for example.

I’m also very clean!
