Mature Student Seeking a Property in Canterbury

Hello,

I'm currently a student at CCCU and studying Business Management, Religion, Philosophy and Ethics. I also work part time so I keep myself very busy and productive.

I enjoy keeping myself fit and healthy, I enjoy meeting new people, and I'm very much into community and good food.

I am looking to rent privately from an honest landlord who believes in keeping their house to a nice standard for their tenants. I'd like to live somewhere that is respectable and clean whilst I am studying my degree at University.

I'd also be very interested in extending my stay after my degree (after 2 years). I like properties that have a mixture of students and professionals. That way it means after my degree there isn't necessarily a rush to move straight out from my place of residence.
