Looking for a house share

Hi,

I'm looking for someone to move into a potential flat with me. It's a ground floor flat with two rooms. I'd be taking the ensuite. The second room is a small double but it has sole use of the bathroom. There is also a store cupboard by the room, and a garage assigned to the flat. One allocated parking space and usually parking available outside too.
The flat has it's own front door, and it's in a building with 5 other flats, but it has no access to the stairs or corridor so completely self contained.
No garden, only small bit of grass by front door.
I'm a music teacher and I work 7 days a week, sometimes evenings. I don't smoke, so preferably a non smoker to move in.

I like to have a chat but also like my own space. I would sometimes practise my instruments at home.

Flat is £1300 in total, not including bills. It is currently being renovated so will have new carpets, new kitchen, new fridge and washing machine/dryer.
