No sharing! Cat owner looking 1 bed studio/flat

Hello! I own a cat and I'm looking for a 1 bed studio/flat to live by myself only - looking for a short term let roughly 3-6 months.

My cat is very well behaved and friendly. I work from home my location is flexible. I don't drive so ideally I would want amenities like a supermarket, cafes to be within walking distance.

I'm a friendly introvert who likes to have a clean, neat, tidy space. I work from home and love peace and quiet.

Ideally I don't want to pay more than £1100 per month. I would prefer a balcony or garden with no busy roads nearby so my cat can go outside. But this isn't always possible.
