Seeking a mature, quiet home with living room.

Hi, I'm Zak. I bought a flat in Southampton in 2023 and have been renting it out for the last 2 years. I'm currently living temporarily in Luton. I'm a clean, considerate and reliable 55 year old looking for a peaceful and tidy place to live in Luton. Having rented for a short while now, I’ve realised how important it is for my well-being to live in a true home rather than a just a bedroom. I’m specifically looking for a mature house where the living room and dining room are genuinely shared spaces. I really value having a comfortable spot downstairs to wind down, read or watch TV. I’m someone who is respectful of personal boundaries. In addition, I value a quiet, relaxed household and always clean up after myself. I would like to find a house share with like-minded, mature individuals ideally professionals over 50 who enjoy their own space but appreciate living in a friendly, respectful household. I'm naturally reserved by nature and enjoy my downtime to recharge, but I’m always up for a friendly chat and a cup of tea. I'm a light sleeper, so a house that doesn't suffer from a lot of neighbourhood noise or loud pets would be ideal for me. I'm currently looking at the Crawley Green, Stopsley and Town Centre areas. If you have a room available in a home that values shared communal spaces, please drop me a message. NO PETS PLEASE. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you 😊

Kind regards
Zak
