A 55 year old seeking a quiet, mature household.

Hi, I'm Zulfakar. I bought a flat in Southampton in April 2023 and have rented it out for the last 2 years. I'm currently living temporarily in Luton. I'm looking for a single or double room with a shared living room and kitchen. My preference would be no pets and no families with young children, please. I'm a kind, tidy and considerate person who enjoys other people's company. My preferred areas would be Crawley Green Area and Town Centre. It is extremely important for me to be able to relax after work. Sorry, but I have to be honest as I'm at the age where peace and quiet are absolutely paramount to me and I won't negotiate on this. I would like to live somewhere quiet where I'm not being woken by screaming kids and dogs constantly barking. One moment you are immersed in perfect, serene stillness and the next the screaming of kids and relentless barking of a neighbour's dog shatter the peace completely. I'm still new to renting and I'm currently living with 2 lovely roommates in their 20s. However as someone who is nearly 56, I'm looking for a quiet, clean, mature household not a house party. I'm looking for a place where I can converse with like-minded people I can truly relate to. Thank you 😊
