I'm 33 years old and I am currently living on my mums sofa. I recently broke up with my partner of 10 years. I am currently on universal credit due to a brain accident i suffered. I am a very clean person, very friendly and love meeting new people. Universal credit pay my rent and that goes into my bank account on the 21st each month. In my old property it was kept clean and tidy and if there was any damage it was sorted straight away. I can guarantee the rent would be payed on the date agreed
