Looking for double room (ensuite).

Spanish guy looking for a double room with ensuite bathroom in a property with just one other person. Also open to buddy up with someone to search for a two bedroom property in Crawley/Horley/Horsham. The place must have all usual commodities (WiFi, washing machine, etc.). I'm a full time professional working at Gatwick airport. Very clean, tidy, quiet and respectful of others' space and privacy. Definitely not a party animal here but enjoy good company for good convos, meals, coffee or the occasional bottle of wine. Max budget would be around £800.
