Professional Spanish guy looking for studio/annex.

Spanish guy looking for a studio/annex in Crawley/Horley/Horsham. I'm a full time professional working at Gatwick airport. Very clean, tidy, quiet and respectful of others' space and privacy. Definitely not a party animal here but enjoy good company for good convos, meals, coffee or the occasional bottle of wine. Looking for a studio or annex with all usual commodities. I could consider ensuite double rooms in a shared flat/house if there's only one more person living in the property. Max budget would be £1,000 inclusive of bills.
