Looking for new place working

Im roy im 54 young looking i get on well with others and easily to talk to . Im a working professional . I have respect for other people's property . Im clean and tidy . Clean up after using the kitchen area and round the place in general and shearing house duties like making sure recycling is taken to the bins and taking in turns to put recycling♻️ bins and general waste bins when they are due to be emptied. Plus keeping my room clean and tidy . I dont my different house mates males or females in the same property and are working professionals. Plenty of parking spaces . A nice environment and peacefulat mosphere. Im looking to move back to wolverhampton from Shropshire westmidlands .
