Single or Double Room Wanted

Hello!

Professional employed female after a single or a double room in Shrewsbury in a quiet home.
Ideally near the town centre would suffice but also open to commuting locally.

Have house shared previously :)
Currently renting as a private tenant since March 2021.

Would prefer a female houseshare.
I do have a car so would require parking, preferably secure on the property, driveway garage etc.

Can provide excellent landlord/character references.
Also fully DBS (enhanced) checked.
Open to further discussion of requirements via phone or email to determine whether I am a suitable fit and vice versa.

I'm an easy going, super clean, quiet person and am very respectful of those around me and their surroundings, space privacy etc. So ideally looking for someone with the same values.
