Clean and Quiet Individual Looking for a Room

Hi there,

I'm a clean and quiet individual looking for a furnished room to rent in either Liverpool, within walking distance Liverpool Central, or the Wirral, close to Port Sunlight train station. I am available to move pretty much immediate shortly after my new role starts in November.

I would like to live somewhere tidy and smoke-free. I am not looking for a room on the ground floor due to noise and would like to live in a house with maximum occupancy of 5 in the HMO ideally.

I am also looking for a 7-day let preferably (I'm flexible), a house with all bills included, functional (incl a dryer) and just somewhere safe within commutable distance to Port Sunlight.

No particular preference regarding living with either ladies or gents and no need for an ensuite, just a safe area and public transport.

Just a note that I'm not a party animal but am looking to develop new hobbies!
