Professional looking to share with just one other

I'm Cristina, 31, and I've been working full-time for the same company in Salford for over four years.

I'm currently looking for either:

• A room in a clean and peaceful home, preferably shared with just one other person, or

• A like-minded flatmate who would like to find and rent a flat together.

I'm tidy, respectful and easy to live with. I work full-time and value a calm home environment where everyone can relax and feel comfortable. While I'm friendly and enjoy a chat, I also respect personal space and downtime.

Ideally, I'd like to live in Salford or nearby, with a reasonable commute to work.

My budget is flexible depending on the property, but generally around £600–£650 before bills or up to £800–£850 including bills for the right place.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, considerate and easy-going, whether that's an existing housemate with a spare room or someone interested in finding a place together.
