Double room (large preferred)
En-suite preferred, or bathroom located close to the room
Good storage space / wardrobes
Washing machine and dryer
Dishwasher
Fridge and stove
Cupboards and fully equipped kitchen
Strong Wi-Fi
Heating and hot water
Balcony / rooftop / patio (optional but nice because I Smoke)
Bills ideally included, but happy to discuss if separate.
