Friendly Professional Hardly At Home

Hi everyone

I am only home 8-12 days of the month.

I am looking to share with 1 other person only, ideally a live in landlord who looks after their home, neat, tidy and clean as thats the type of person I am.

Im looking for a super quiet and peaceful home. Somewhere i can rest on my days off.
Don’t worry I’m not boring 😂
I value a comfortable & respectful living environment. A clean & tidy home as im quite neat & organised myself. Hygiene & general cleanliness is very important to me. I look after myself & my surroundings.

I spend half the month away at random days, weeks etc. Which ultimately gives you a lot of space.

🙏🏽 Need to be able to have mutual respect, understanding & get along with each other if were going to live together. Of course have a laugh and connect too. Im super chilled and easy going.

☘️ I enjoy calm countryside walks, hikes, exploring new places around town and working out.
Just an all round chilled guy, with a friendly type of energy. I don’t drink, don’t party, i don't smoke and don't do drugs.
