✅ I am just looking for a home share with ONLY 1 other person only. No multi people house shares. No Pets. No special situations.
I value a comfortable & a safe living environment. A clean & tidy home as im quite neat & organised myself. Hygiene & general cleanliness is very important to me. I look after myself & my surroundings.

I spend half the month away at random days, weeks etc. Which ultimately gives you the space you need. I’m super chilled & very clean & look after everything around me, cleaning dishes after i eat, bathroom & toilet always kept clean, but it seems many people these days lack simple etiquette.

🙏🏽 Respect is key. Need to be able to have mutual respect, understanding & get along with each other if were going to live together. Of course have a laugh and vibe too. Im super chilled and easy going. Up for cooking meals, going out for food together, days out etc but also respect personal time and space.

☘️ I enjoy calm countryside walks, hikes, exploring new places around town and working out. I love cooking and eating healthy where I can. A decent chef too haha
