Female mature student relocating for university

(PLEASE NOTE I AM NOT SEEKING A HOUSE SHARE)

Hello

I am a mature student relocating from Kent to Northampton to begin a Midwifery degree at the University of Northampton. I am looking for a self-contained studio, flat, or small house near Waterside campus. I am in my late forties, employed, financially stable and well organised.

I am a quiet, clean, respectful and easy-going person and would be looking for somewhere I can make a comfortable home while studying. I enjoy a calm environment and value privacy. I am friendly and sociable and enjoy spending time with family and friends.

What I’m looking for:
🏠 My own self-contained accommodation – no house share
🛏️ Studio or 1-bedroom property (I’m happy with something basic)
🍳 Own usable kitchen and bathroom
🚗 Parking is important as I need to keep my car for travelling to placements and returning to Kent
📍 Ideally within easy walking distance or a short bus journey of Waterside Campus
💷 Ideally around £600pcm, although I can be flexible for the right property
🧺 Furnished or part-furnished would be ideal, although I’m open to unfurnished

I’m hoping to move around November/December, (although would be able to take possession immediately for the right property).
