A room to rent or sharing house with someone

Hi everyone,
I am interested in renting a room for more than 1 year up to forever, as I want this room to become my home.
Mandatory is to have a decent desk and chair in the room and a little bit of space to move around.

I am a Teacher, I enjoy my work very much and I also have lots of free time that i love spending on my own or outside the house, at the park or walking in the Central.
I love long walks.
I also like staying in and just browsing the internet, sometimes.
Not a going out fan to clubs / bars, I prefer spending time walking, going to cinema, enjoying this beautiful city.

As well,
I would be happy to share home with an old lady who would value good company.
I think I would be a great companion, as myself I need to interact with someone, and be in a homy, family environment.

I am a tidy person, organized and very clean.
Totally noninvasive. You won't feel me I am there.
I respect other people's space and I keep my things in my space. I love it like that.
My friends say that my style is Minimalist, which is true.
I have a few things which I really use, and that's it!
I don't like having many things, it crowds the space and it clouds the mind, at the same time.:)
The simpler, the better.
I clean after myself all the time and I like tidy environments.

I’m practical, friendly, honest, reliable, and have a good sense of humour and plenty of common sense.
