Professional seeking spacious spare room/ property

I enjoy the active lifestyle mainly in the form of running, I attending parkrun on a Saturday morning to run or volunteer along with running events on Sundays.

The area needs to be safe to run/walk around in both the light and dark.

I have a 9-5 job with Saturdays on rotation then a day off in the week.

Im a morning person rather than a night owl.

Also a tidy person & a none smoker these are a must for a house mate too.

I'm a sociable person though I do like to have my own quiet time/space.

Furnished double room required and with safe off road parking space I don't want the hassle of struggling to park at any hours of the day.

My work is in Stourport town.

With my hours and work location in mind short commute times ideally needed.

Seeking a house share with 1 other or alone,
or a good size separate annex.

Would be nice to have some outdoor area either balcony or garden area.

Just starting my search for the right property, therefore no official move date.
