Male non smoker , looking for single room

Im male non smoker , looking for a single room. I am available to move from now April 2025 ideally for a few months possibly longer nouthing is set in stone.
I have a budget of around £600 pcm. I would like to share with males or females of any age.


I'm out most days Importantly for me is to find a home that has peace and quiet and where I can get a good night's sleep ( for example when one knows how to use a door handle with no slamming of doors) naturally in return I provide the same. I'm independent happy to get on in my own space and very much aware I'm the guest, however always open for a meaningful conversation at the right moment.
