Room wanted for just Tues, Wed, and Thurs nights

Hi, I am a 56 year old lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University who lives in the Midlands and would like a room in Sheffield for just two nights per week in term time (Tuesday and Wednesday nights) and not needed out of term. So it would suit someone who didn't want to have a lodger around very much!

It would be great if the room was close to the city centre. So that my daily commute to Sheffield Hallam University City Centre Campus is a short walk.

I will never need to stay in Sheffield in July or August or over Christmas or Easter. Nor most of May and June. As in those time periods I will either be on annual leave or working from home in my permanent home in the Midlands.

I would be happy with a very small room. Perhaps a room so small that it isn't suitable for someone who would live in it full-time? It just needs space for a single bed.

I would also like to pay around £220 per month. Or perhaps more for the right room in the right location.
