Room wanted for just Tues, Wed, and Thurs nights

Hi, I am a 55 year old lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University who lives in the Midlands and would like a room in Sheffield just for Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday nights.

It would be great if the room was close to the city centre. So that my daily commute to Sheffield Hallam University is a short walk.

I will never need to stay in Sheffield on Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights. I will also never need to stay in July or August or over Christmas or Easter. Nor most of May and June. As in those time periods I will either be on annual leave or working from home in my permanent home in the Midlands.

I would be happy with a very small room. Perhaps a room so small that it isn't suitable for someone who would live in it full-time? It just needs space for a single bed.

I would also like to pay around £250 per month. Or perhaps more for the right room in the right location.

Ideally I would like to move in on 1 September 2025. I would be happy to a pay a retainer over the summer for the right room.
