Description
Hello, I'm Shannon, a PhD researcher (engineering) at the University of Manchester (After my MSc at UoM and BSc at UoG).
I'm looking for a long-term place to call home from January 2027 onwards. I am only interested in larger studios or one bed apartments. This is for a semi permanent basis, as I am looking to move for a period of 3 years, while I complete my PhD.
If you are looking for a long term, quiet, trustworthy tenant, please do get into contact.
I'm tidy, respectful, and I appreciate a clean and relaxed living environment.
In addition, I have a verified credit check with OpenRent with affordability demonstrated up to £940 pcm.
If you have a suitable property or know of anything becoming available around this time, I'd be delighted to hear from you. I am looking to move quickly with finding a suitable place.
I can provide ID, proof of income and prior rental references if required.
Thank you!
