Hi, I’m Neil and I am a 54 yr old male
I’m looking to rent either a room in a shared property or a self contained flatlet unfortunately I had to give up working due to ill health where I had a minor heart attack 4 yrs ago,
In light of this I am active ( I also drive and own a vehicle ) and will also be looking for part time work once established in a new area.
I have a few strings to my bow too where I enjoy diy, fixing things inside the home as well as in the garden
I’d be only too happy to help within the household of any suitable property I might be able to secure
Any assistance with this matter would be gratefully received and I very much look forward to hearing from anyone who would seriously consider me in renting a suitable property.
I can also provide Good references from my current landlady who is happy to assist me in relocating to somewhere new, as they are now in their late 70’s and have mentioned recently, that they would like to have their room back due to their age (which I completely understand), thus why I am looking for a suitable room or flatlet for rental for a complete fresh start in a new area
