Room required from November/December

I am looking for a room/lodging within a ten minutes drive of Broadbridge heath (Horsham) to shorten my commute to work.

I am working as an Arborist, I'm Ex Army and have lived many different places with different sorts of folk before.

To live with, I am considerate of others privacy and possessions as well as public areas. I take pride in leaving the kitchen clean for others when I'm done cooking. I'd prefer a bathroom to myself but willing to share if necessary.

I am an early riser and tend to cook myself breakfast including kippers/bacon & eggs, and take porridge and coffee to go to work with in a thermos.

Ideally I'm looking for somewhere to live with other professionals in their 20's - 30's who takes pride in their shared living space and are willing to cook dinner and socialise together.

Key requirements:

Single or double room with the basics: side table, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
A desk/computer table would be a bonus.
Use of a bathroom, would consider en-suite.
Kitchen.
Laundry (with drying room/tumble dryer - bonus)
I would like my own parking space preferably off road.
Mail/courier delivery to address.

I can help with DIY/gardening and taking care of pets if required
