Looking for a double room to rent . All bills inc

I do have a 4 year old daughter that I have every other weekend. So need a place that's child friendly and doesn't mind me having my daughter once a fortnight.

I am a working professional, always busy , I train a lot in the evenings for marathons , ultras and at the gym. So I'm hardly ever home
I'm not noisy , I am clean and hygienic
Keep myself to myself , I do not drink , I don't do drugs . I am very respectful of people's boundaries.
I am a single male , I am easy going , chilled , like to do yoga , meditation, always keeping fit . I read a lot.

I am currently renting but on my own it's very expensive , so looking for a double room in a peaceful environment that's doesn't mind me having my daughter stay once a fortnight.

I'm looking to rent a room for at least a year or 2 so I can save for a deposite .
