House share in Leeds (Kirkstall, LS5 if possible)

I am looking for a place to live someplace in Leeds, close to Kirkstall Abbey if possible or at least within the LS5 area. I am looking for a house share and someplace to feel safe, though i will mainly keep to myself due to mental health and personal preference.

About me:

I am a hard working, creative individual, i am transgender MTF (Male to female), i don't smoke or vape, i don't drink, i like to keep things clean and tidy as is my current job, i am also somewhat of a live-in cleaner in the house i am currently in.

I have social anxiety (among other things) so it may be difficult for me to interact with other people in the house. I do stay up somewhat late chatting to around 12ish but i am not noisy about it and respect other peoples sleeping times.

I can provide for the apartment or house if need be as i am a jack of all trades and have fixed many things in my current house share and can 3D print some things to help if need be as i am good with designing.

Feel free to contact if you need any further information about myself be it money, job or mental heath concerns. No need to worry about payments as i am very prompt and would be able to pay rent no issues despite being on UVC as when i move i would not have a job and would be looking for cleaning jobs in the area, maybe dog walking if i can.
