Looking for a pied a terre.

Hello, prospective landlords,

For the past couple of years I've had my pied a terre with a lovely couple here in Kenley. Fortunately (although unfortunately for me) my landlady is now pregnant and the baby is due at the beginning of next year. So, now I need to move, and my current tenancy is up at the end of October.

I'm a professional looking for a pied a terre that I can work from. I'm originally from New Zealand, and my family is based overseas but I am contracting here in the UK. I'm a non smoker and pretty quiet; mostly I will keep to myself. I do like pets so if you have cats or dogs I'm sure they'll get along with me.

I need a few things out of a room, mainly space to put up a desk and mobile (approx. 160cm wide in total) and some storage and other bits and bobs totalling about 250-300cm of wall space. If you have a wardrobe I can use that instead.

A single or double bed will be fine as there is only one of me. I'll also need a decent internet connection for my remote work.

Most jobs these days are 2 days in the office, so I can live with something that requires a drive to get to the train. I'm looking for trains going through London Bridge, as most places I work for are in that area.
