MA ending - Looking for room in a house share

I'm Josephine, I'm 27 and from London, half English and Spanish and bilingual. I've just completed my MA and am looking for a place to make my home for the foreseeable. I'm currently a freelance prop maker and do social media managment.

I enjoy going for a drink on a Friday night, dancing, cycling, playing ping-pong, going to the gym, and to the cinema. At home I like to relax on the sofa watching TV and cooking elaborate meals I've never made before. I studied animation, specialising in stop-motion, so I will spend a lot of time making things in my room and/or art studio. I take pride in my personal space and communal areas - I keep things neat, but equally I want somewhere that feels like a home. I am very sociable, I'm always up for a chat. I love meeting new people, however, I enjoy my own time and give others their space.

I value a harmonious living atmosphere and always do my best to communicate anything to my flatmates in a healthy way. It would be nice to live with other creative professionals, so we are on the same vibe 😎. However, a balance with different kinds of people would be great!
