Hello,
I am seeking accommodation for myself and a couple around Hykhem, Newark, Grantham or Lincoln at the least. I'm looking to move in around the end of Sept 2025
Here’s what I'm looking for:
Contract Length: Ideally, seeking a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Bills Included: Preferably, I'd like the rent to cover all bills (council tax, utilities, internet, etc.).
Furnished Rooms: I'm looking for fully furnished rooms, ideally with double beds, wardrobes, and desks in not more than 3 BHK house.
Location: Central locations in Newark, Hykeham or Lincoln are preferred, with good access to essential amenities such as supermarkets.
Budget: My budget is between £400-£600 per calendar month
Parking: Availability of parking would be a great bonus (off-street preferred)
