Room in really quiet house and honest landlord

I work long hours for a busy school.

Iam up early and I really need peace and quiet after work. Iam really quiet and respectful of other people space myself but so far, I had no peace at all...

Peace and quiet and a good night sleep is all I need. Iam not looking for luxury accomodation or an expensive looking place. Just need to be respected as I do respect others.
Iam clean and tidy, honest and decent.
Iam helpful and an excellent housekeeper and would like to share with like minded person. Better if of similar age and live in landlady.
Iam looking for something asap but must be the right place. Whitnash or Leamington only.
Places like Warwick Gates, Warwick or Coventry are not ideal for me as Iam not a car driver.
