Room in really quiet house and honest landlord

I work hard for a busy school on the Myton Road.

Iam up early and I really need peace and quiet after work. Iam really quiet and respectful of other people space myself and also Iam an excellent housekeeper. Iam very helpful with house work and I don't mind helping out.
Iam currently renting in Whitnash which is a little too far from Warwick School where I was recently transferred from The Kingsley School campus in Leamington Spa.
I would like to be able to find a place in these areas: Queensway, Myton, Emscote or Central Warwick. And possibly be able to walk to work as there is not bus service before 6 am. Iam using Uber taxi at present.
Iam reliable, quiet and spend my time resting, watching dvds, reading and creating.
Must be 7 days a week. Quiet place and not far from work. I often receive messages from different locations, but unfortunately Coventry and Kenilworth are unsuitable for me due to distance to work. Iam not a car driver, so, my apologies for not answering your messages.

Iam clean and tidy, honest and decent.
Iam helpful and an excellent housekeeper and would like to share with like minded person. Better if of similar age and live in landlady.
