Description
Hi! I’m a 42-year-old professional Christian woman looking for a welcoming place to call home. I work for a charity and am available to move immediately, with a budget of £1,100–£1,250 per month (including bills).
I’m looking for a double room in a modern, contemporary home and would be happy to share with a mixed household or women aged 35+. Ideally, I’d like to live with 2–3 housemates.
I’m not looking for a live-in landlord I’d love to find a home where I’m living with like-minded housemates who hopefully can be people to do life with not passing ships.
One thing that’s especially important to me is having a shared living room. I’d love to be part of a friendly home where people enjoy a catchups and there’s a sense of community, while also respecting each other’s space.
I’m clean, tidy, and considerate, and I value a household where everyone contributes to keeping shared spaces well looked after. I don’t drink or smoke.
I enjoy hosting the people for meals or coffee with friends, so I’m looking for a home where guests are welcome for relaxed catch-ups and hospitality (rather than parties).
My ideal room would have a double bed, and an en-suite would be a lovely bonus. Parking is also important to me, whether that’s on-street (including permit parking) or off-street.
If you’re looking for a friendly, respectful, and considerate housemate/s, I’d love to hear from you!
