Professional looking for a new place

Hi! I’m a professional currently living in Staines and working in Hayes, and looking for a new place in Staines town centre or nearby. (open to other areas within the same commute time to Hayes)

Ideally, I’m looking for a studio or 1-bed flat of my own, but I’d also be happy with a double room with an ensuite in a shared house or flat with a maximum of 3 other housemates, preferably all or mostly female. I’m not looking for a live-in landlord situation.

My budget is up to £1,000 per month including bills, or £800 excluding bills.

I’m looking for a furnished, clean and well-maintained place with a bright, modern bedroom. A washing machine and tumble dryer are essential, and a balcony or garden would be a lovely bonus. I’m a non-smoker and looking for a non-smoking household. I can provide my own mattress if needed.

A little about me: I’m easy-going, friendly and very tidy. I enjoy travelling, cooking, and animals, and I’d love to live somewhere that feels like a home. If sharing, it would be lovely to get along with my housemates, enjoy cosy movie nights or occasionally go out for a drink, while also respecting each other’s privacy and space.
