Single/ double room with my cat

I'm looking for a room in a house/flat that has a garden or a way in/out for my cat.
My preferred areas are Islington and hackney but I'm open to anywhere! Especially if it has good connections to Oxford Circus or within cycling distance as I work on Oxford Street. My max budget is £850 all bills included but I have a little wiggle room for the right place.

So about me! I'm Katie, my pronouns are they/them, I work in retail 4 days a week and I also do handpoke tattoos occasionally! (Free tattoos anyone?) In my free time I'm either hanging out with my friends or drawing, reading, watching a show and always hanging out with my cat Nelson. I'm not a big partier so I'm looking for a calmer house but I do enjoy the occasional dinner party etc, and I'm always down to have a house dinner or pub/coffee trips together also.
Nelson is a 3 year old long hair tuxedo cat, he's really well house trained, great with other cats (even the odd dog) and loves people. He's formed so many great connections with my past and current housemates and is a delight to have around.
