Experienced, quiet, clean, non-smoking middle-aged WFH professional looking for a (possibly en-suite) room in a shared flat with no more than 1 other similar tenant (hopefully only the landlord). Definitely not keen on sharing with couples, families or crowds of any sort (no house-shares).
Best if a self-contained en-suite studio but flexible on this point.
Basically, I'm keen on helping you pay back your mortgage for a place you barely spend time in, sensibly manning it while you're at work.
Love pets and will inevitably bond with your dog or cat (have done it several times!) but not your reptile... :O
