Professional looking for a room or buddy up!

I hope you’re all good! I’m Jacob, from Derbyshire currently living in Manchester. I’ve just been offered a job as a producer in a studio in London so I’ve got to move down there pretty swifty to make it for the start of the project.

I’m 33 but I kind of feel in a phase of life in my late 20’s really. I think I'm considered as quite social and down for an adventure, I love a few pints with mates, events, exhibitions etc throughout the week. But really deep down I’m an introvert and really value that time alone to recharge and hibernate a bit. I think a house where that sort of balance is around is great.

I’m a filmmaker and writer in my own time but I'm fairly sporty and keep fit too and I’ve always found it easy to maneuver between different social circles and things, I can just get on with anyone really.

I’m easy to live with, I value open communication and an environment that's tidy but with a dose of understanding and empathy, maybe you had a shit day or are heading out for the night and want to wash the pots tomorrow morning - no dramas.

I think no dramas is a good motto generally for house sharing, I’m just an easy and respectful person and I think it's important to be good to each other when living together. Even when im in introvert mode im never grumpy or anything.
