Room in Cardiff (or Buddy up?)

Hey!

I'm a 32 year old female professional and I'm looking for either a room with other professionals or someone who is open to forming and looking for a share together. I'm looking for somewhere that feels more like a home than a student house (way past that phase of my life)

I currently live in Monmouth and I'm looking to move to Cardiff before the end of the year as I miss being in an area where there is more going on. I'm respectful, quiet and clean, but equally can be social so would be great to live with people who like that balance ☺️

My must haves:
- Be able to work from home (my office is in Monmouth and will go there occasionally but will be predominately WFM)
- Have parking

High preferences:
- I miss having an outside space, a garden/outside area would be amazing

LGBT household not mandatory but living with people who are LGBT friendly/allies is important.

I'm flexible with move in dates as I'm temporarily at parents.
