Wanted room in Cardiff or someone to Buddy up with

Hey!

I'm a 32 year old female professional and I'm looking for either a room in a 2-3 bed house/flat (a large household is not for me) with other professionals or someone who is open to forming and looking for a share together.

I currently live in Monmouth and I'm looking to move to Cardiff before the end of the year as I miss being in an area where there is more going on. I like a quiet and clean space but equally can be social so would be great to live with people who like that balance ☺️

My must haves:
- Be able to work from home (My office is in Monmouth but and will go there occasionally but will be predominately WFM)**
- Have parking
- I miss having an outside space, a garden would be amazing

I'm flexible with move in dates as I'm temporarily at parents.
