Working professional seeking flat!

Hi!

My names Anna and I am 30 years old. I am a working professional (paralegal) who works outside the home. I’ve been in Edinburgh for 4 years and love it here! I am a clean and tidy person who always picks up after herself in common rooms. I have lived in flat shares for the whole time I’ve been in Edinburgh but I am looking to leave my current one. I have lived in my current share for 2.5 years.

In my free time I enjoy going to the gym, going to the movies, being crafty (I can mend any clothes you need fixed or adjusted), attending fantasy ball events (I can make you a ballgown/tux), and I also love to cook (for both myself and others). I am looking to move within a month due to my current situation having a bit of a time crunch.

I am looking for a flat that is cozy of any size. I work early mornings so would prefer a flat that’s somewhat quiet in the evenings (I’m a heavy sleeper). I’d love to have flatmates that are chill but also respectful of when guests are over. Especially in smaller flats. A quick heads up is all I would need!
