Moving in Newcastle

Hi - looking for a room in a shared house/flat in Newcastle that’s available now. Would ideally be looking for a houseshare containing a total of up to 3 people (including myself).

Also looking for a quiet and chill area, respectable housemates who aren't disruptive, and an overall comfy atmosphere.

I would only have to move in a couple of stuff including a desk, chair, my PC, 2 monitors, PS5 and other items.

Would prefer a place with fast broadband, not paper thin walls/floors, and being able to connect directly to the internet via ethernet cable.
