En-suite room, annexe or caravan wanted

Life has thrown me a few curveballs recently , so I am in a position where I am looking for a place to feel safe and secure while I reconnect with family and find work, locally or remotely. I am able to pay some rent upfront if needed. Just hoping for a stroke of good luck and for fate to help me to find the right place and the right people. I am quiet, considerate and easygoing so hopefully should be easy to put up with.
