Writers retreat or similar sought

Hi. I'm looking for rurally located accommodation from October 2026 onwards. I'm specifically seeking something along the lines of a Shepherd's Hut, Cabin, Caravan, Pod, Barge, Yurt etc Anything a bit quirky and off the beaten track. I'm not necessarily looking for bricks and mortar. I'm a writer/ artist searching for the 'right setting' to properly work on upcoming projects while enjoying nature, scenery and wildlife. The operative words are 'Close to Nature.' Just me and a very well behaved seven year old Border Collie. Very minimal requirements. No fuss. I'm extremely easy to get on with, friendly, outgoing and educated. Non-smoker, solvent, quiet and respectable. Currently working on a series of nature memoirs and screenplays

I'm highly flexible as to locations. My list of preferred areas is there just as a guide to indicate the counties I'm most interested in. For instance, I'm open to moving to anywhere in the Fens not just the areas listed. Ditto Wales, the South West and elsewhere

Financially solvent, non-smoker, quiet & respectful at all times of other's property.

Will consider also living alongside eco projects, possibly contributing. I'm currently looking myself for land to rent or steward to grow organic heirloom apples; but that's not necessarily a priority just at the moment.
