Room wanted or buddy up

I am a male aged 33. I am looking for a single or double room. I am available to move and have a budget of £400 to £450pcm. I would like to share with males or females of any age also would be great if landlords except housing benefit my previous landlord of 6 years in Holywood Rd was accepting it no problem with money being payed every month can supply reference that I'm a great tenant and genuine person.
