LOOKING FOR ROOM OR A SUBLET

Hi!
I’m a Belgian girl looking for a cozy place in Manchester.

Maximum 3 people in the house - so me and 2 flatmates. Ideally 2 people, so me and only 1 flatmate.

I need a balcony or a garden - an outside space. I also need a living room.

The accommodation has to be less than an hour from The Manchester College (Great Ducie Street, Cheetham Hill, Manchester, UK).

If you are over 30, it's even better.

I’m generally calm, tidy and clean.

I love animals, but unfortunately I’m allergic to cats, so I can’t live in a home with them.
