Double room for the year

I’m a very tidy and lovely person who likes sharing a living space with nice people and creat a good home environment and relationships. Ideally, I want a double room, but I’m open to everything!

I don’t mind the gender of my flatmates as long as they are willing to have a good home relationship with me as well. I really appreciate tidiness and clean spaces so as long as they are that, more than happy! If there are pets in the house I would be more than okay as I loooove pets!

Ideally, i would pay a MAX of 800£ a month, but the situation requires it, I could be willing to pay a bit more, but inly if the house is everything I’m looking for☺️
