Hi, I’m Ian – a data analyst working in insurance, looking for a quiet, clean and respectful home.

I work full-time as a Data Analyst for an insurance company, mostly Monday to Friday. I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I tend to keep things low-key at home – I’m not the type to bring the party back! I appreciate a peaceful environment and get on well with others who value the same.

Outside of work, I’m into running, cooking simple meals, catching up on good TV, and I’ve got a soft spot for retro video games. I’m sociable but also value personal space and understand the importance of a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere at home.

Ideally looking for a room in a friendly, clean household with people who are easygoing, respectful, and considerate. Happy to have a chat over a coffee but also totally fine doing my own thing!
