I am an Easy going Male, and a young looking, and young at heart 50 year old. I am looking for a double room, preferable en suite (not a deal breaker).
I am available to move from 1 OCT, and have a budget of up to £750pm. For the right flat share maybe £800.
Ideally I would like to share with males/or a mixed flat. ideally between 50 and 70 years old but no more than 4 people (total) in the household
I work as a Credit Controller in Eastbourne.
I am a bit of a home bod, so I am really looking for a flatshare where people like to be at home and enjoy watching tv (whatever prog) chatting, having friends round, with the occassional night out. I go to gym for cardio, so I am generally a fit person.
I love cats and dogs so dont mind if there is either or both in the property
