Professional & PhD student looking for a room

Hi!
I’m a 33-year-old female currently doing a PhD and working part-time with the NHS. I’m looking for a quiet, tidy home with like-minded housemate who value cleanliness, personal space, and a peaceful environment.

I enjoy sports, especially going to the gym, and I’m passionate about healthy eating and spending time in nature. I’m usually out 2-3 days per week for work or study, and I keep things low-key at home. I cook simple, healthy meals and always clean up after myself. I value mutual respect and enjoy a friendly but independent living dynamic.

I’m hoping to find a lovely, clean, and peaceful home—ideally shared with no more than 2–3 people. A live-in landlady situation would actually be perfect—I’d love to share with someone like-minded in a quiet, respectful setup who appreciates a calm and well-kept space. If you’re someone who leads a busy lifestyle, keeps the shared areas clean, and prefers a drama-free home, I think we’d get along well.
