Buddying up for a modern flat 2bed 2bath

Heya! 👋

I’m Jessica, 27 and currently working as a Quantity Surveyor for a construction company in Bank.

I’m currently in hunt for a new flatmate to share a modern 2 bed 2 bath flat in North Acton (please check my room ads for more details! ☺️)

A little about me..

I am a type A person, and an extroverted introvert; super friendly, love meeting new people and experiencing new things, but i’m also about some me time to recharge, especially since my job is very demanding (i’m a construction baddie per say 👷‍♀️💅)

Outside of work, i have a big passion in philanthropy so I spend a fair bit of my weekends doing volunteering work (i’m also a Christian btw ☺️). But otherwise, i’ll either seeing friends for a catch-up or at home relaxing in a bath or binge watching tv series.

Now the most important thing about me is that I am a total clean freak (undiagnosed OCD); I am the girl who does not allow outside clothes on my bed and hates the thought of wearing shoes indoors. I religiously clean and organise my room and always tidy up after myself as I cannot function in mess. I’m not a fan of a drink but will always be there as a drinking buddy with my soda 😂. I loathe gyms but i’m slowly entering the healthy girl era, so i sometimes roll out the yoga mat here and there. I also planning to do a tennis lesson soon (if that matters lol). I love cooking too!!

Job:
I work hybrid (3 or 4 days a week at the office and occasional WFH ). I usually make myself stay at home on my days off to meal prep, clean up, laundry, etc.

What I look for in a flat share..

• It’s important for me that clear communication, honesty and respect are created amongst us in the house.

• I’d love to be close to my housemates! I don’t want us to just says hi when we meet in the living area :( so would love to plan activities together as simple as occasional dinner, movie/game nights, or go out for drinks, shopping, and do any fun activities together 👯‍♀️ Of course will still have our own lives and space 🥰

• As i mentioned before, i’m pretty strict when it comes to cleanliness so having a flatmate that shares the same standard of cleanliness is a must. I would love for us to have a cleaning rotation where we can be responsible to keep the flat clean

• NO PETS. As much as i love animal (dogs esp) i’m not very keen to actually live with one mostly due to cleanliness reason.
