Room Wanted – Single Working Professional

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a clean, comfortable and well-maintained room in a friendly household or shared apartment, available by the end of December 2026.

Friendly, easygoing and considerate of shared living spaces

Prefer a peaceful, homely environment

Happy to share a kitchen and common areas, provided they are kept clean and organised

My requirements:

Budget: Up to £500 per month, including all bills and council tax (slightly negotiable for the right place)

Bathroom: En-suite required

Kitchen: Shared kitchen is absolutely fine

Property: Open to a house share or an independent/shared apartment

Move-in: By the end of December 2026

📍 Preferred location: Within walking distance of Sefton Park or Liverpool City Centre. Also open to areas in between, ideally with convenient access to both.

I’m looking for a place that feels comfortable and homely, with friendly, respectful housemates who value cleanliness and personal space.
