Looking for another person to rent a 2 bed with

Hi there!

I’m Milena, 27 and I’ve lived in Brighton for 8 years but am now relocating to Newcastle for work :) As I’ll be new to town, i’d prefer to buddy up and live in a small house share rather than by myself!
I have enough furniture to furnish a place (apart from your bedroom), so I’d be looking at an unfurnished place. I’ve attached a snippet of my current living room so you get an idea of the style x

My cats Woody and Sunny would be joining us, it’d be great to have an outdoor space but it’s not a must.

I work a 9-5 Monday-Friday job and work from home about 2-3 days a week.

I would love to share with someone who likes a good balance between hanging out together and also respecting each other’s space x

I’d be happy to pay up to £1000 (including bills) for the right place.

I’m relaxed but do like a clean and tidy space and would expect my housemate to be the same.

I like to spend my time doing pottery, going out for food and coffee or the occasional reformer class. I should probably start a sociable hobby to meet some people in Newcastle, youll be welcome to join!!
