Cosy room close to DundeeUni

Hey there,

I'm looking for a cosy room close enough to the University of Dundee.
I'm 35 and I’m doing my MSc Conversion (part time) studies at the Uni and looking for a place I could stay until I finish my degree or at least until the end of next semester (April-May).
I'm a very quiet, respectful and reasonable person who is paying attention to other's personal space and I like to keep my environment very tidy and organised.
I don't drink, don't smoke, neither party and I don't have any pets.
I would be at school most of the time, or in my room studying or in the kitchen food prepping.

Looking for a peaceful environment which is quiet at night and warm enough during the day.
