Looking for a furnished, bright, spacious room close enough to Dundee University as I will start my part time studies there in September while I will be also working.
I would prefer it in a quieter area, so my temporary new home could be a recharge space, not right in the center. Parking opportunity at the building also preferable, within reasonable price range.
I'm a very quiet person who is paying attention to other's personal space and I like to keep my environment very tidy and organised. Hight standard is important to me. I don't drink, don't smoke, neither party and I don't have any pets.
Would be looking for living with someone with similar values.
