Looking for accommodation in the Strathclyde area

I am a single professional who has been living in Glasgow since 1993. I have mainly worked in the field of language education and I have opted for rented accommodation which has offered me more flexibility. My landlord has now informed me of his intention to sell the flat I’m currently staying in at the end of this year. Timewise this unfortunately coincides with my current job assignment for a German company, which requires a lot of travelling and indeed some time of work on location in Germany. I am looking for a small flat to start with, possibly for a duration of six to nine months (or longer if required). I would primarily require accommodation for the weekends and a flat share option would also be welcomed. I am a quiet person who likes to read, but also to socialise.
